Don’t miss one of the most famous maritime cities of Galicia: its historical and cultural importance, always linked to its port, its defensive character, its role in the development of Galicia, its Roman origin, its condition as a peninsula… All these reasons make the city a unique place where the visitor will discover endless corners, beaches, fortresses, restaurants where they can enjoy good Galician gastronomy, museums… Discover everything you can do in Coruña with us.

The meeting point will be in the Plaza del Obelisco, next to the famous clock that gives it its name. We will enjoy the 19th century buildings that beautify the city, a time when Coruña experienced great development thanks to its port. From there we will enter the famous Cantons. What will John Lennon do in the heart of the city?

After leaving beautiful buildings behind, we arrive at the marina area and we will discover why Coruña calls itself the “City of Glass”.

From there we will enter the center, known as the Pescadería neighborhood, famous for its good atmosphere full of bars until we reach the beautiful and famous Plaza de María Pita.

We will continue walking through Medieval Coruña with a visit to the Church of Santiago, the starting point of the Camino Inglés and we will walk through streets that will reveal the military and defensive past of the city until we reach one of the most beautiful viewpoints of the estuary.

Finally, we will arrive at Riazor Beach where we will see the Atlantic Ocean on the other side of the Coruña peninsula. From there we will tell you how to go in search of the famous Tower of Hercules, an emblematic monument of the city and located in a unique maritime landscape.
